entering the 2026 New Mexico Music Awards
Please be sure to read the Entry Rules and Category Information before filling out the entry form.

Entries must be accompanied by a completed entry form and an entry fee. If a song is entered into multiple categories, one entry form will suffice, but an entry fee is required for each category.
This form must be filled out for each individual title.
Example: If you enter 5 songs with different titles, you must fill out this form 5 times. One for each title.
For a song or album with the same title entered into multiple categories, fill this form out once and select the individual categories in section 5.
For convenience sake if you are filling out multiple forms, you may want to enable auto-fill on your browser. This will populate the informational sections of this form with your information. To enable autofill:
1. Open Chrome (or your browser) Settings: On your computer, go to chrome://settings/autofill.
2. Enable Autofill: Turn on “Enhanced autofill” and ensure your addresses, payment info, and passwords are saved.
3. Fill Forms: When you encounter a Google Form, Chrome will suggest your saved data to fill fields like name, email, and address automatically.
Fill out our Google form completely for each entry and submit. You may use a single entry form for any song or album that is entered into multiple categories. Once the form is filled out, you will be asked if you would like to Submit Another Response. If so, click the link and a new form will appear. If not, click the link to return to this page to checkout.
You will automatically receive an email with a copy of each entry form you have filled out. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam filter.

Pay for the total number of entries.
Choose your way to pay! Use Google Pay, CashApp or with your credit card. Entry fees are $26.28 and include applicable sales tax. A processing fee will be applied at checkout. Click on the BUY NOW button below, select your quantity and go to CHECKOUT, fill out the form and select your method of payment.
Once you have completed payment for your entries, you should be automatically directed to our secure Dropbox Account where you can upload your audio or video files. Please be sure that your audio/video files are identifiable by title and artist. You will also receive confirmation of payment. If you do not receive confirmation, please check your spam filter.
Should you not be directed to the Dropbox Account, you may upload your files at the link below.
