Ty Cooper has performed in some of the most iconic venues in the world including Caesar’s Las Vegas, Chicago’s Green Mill and Caveau de la Huchette in Paris and has performed with Richie Cole and opened for Taj Mahal, Stan Getz, Jeff Hamilton, Ray Brown and many other jazz legends. Her latest album is entitled Reflections.
The album is a mix of classic jazz and blues including The Nearness of You, When Sunny Gets Blue, After You’ve Gone, Lullaby of Birdland and a medley of McCarney’s Blackbird and Bye, Bye Blackbird. The album was recorded and produced by Sid Fendly at his Mountain Road Recording Studios with Ty Cooper. Personnel include Ty Cooper on vocals, Sid Fendley on Piano/Keyboards, bassist Wally Asserer, drummers Ben Scholz and John Bartlit, Lee Taylor on Sax & Flute, Brad Goode on Trumpet and Dimi DiSantis on Guitar.
