The New Mexico Entertainment Awards presented by New Mexico Entertainment Magazine were announced on Sunday, July 13th at a ceremony held at the National Hispanic Cultural Center in Albuquerque.
Several current and past New Mexico Music Award winners took home trophies including Eryn Bent for Best Country Western Artist, Oscar Butler in the Jazz / Blues category, 2025 NMMA Pop winner Lo Phat in the Best Cover Band category and 2025 Eric Larson Lifetime Achievement Award winner Chaz Malibu as the top radio personality. Other winners included previous NMMA recipients Innastate in the Global Music category and The Kipsies in the Americana category.
The New Mexico Entertainment Magazine Awards recognizes and celebrates individuals, businesses, and organizations who contribute to the vibrant events and entertainment scene in New Mexico. This formal gala honors winners in 55 categories, including events, live entertainment, film, radio, music, comedy, arts, books, and nightlife. The objective is to spotlight the talented individuals and groups within our state who consistently deliver high-quality entertainment and events for the community.
New Mexico Entertainment Magazine is the resource for all things entertainment and events in New Mexico. Founder Teresa Robinson was inspired to create this platform after realizing the need for a centralized source of information for New Mexico residents.
