Duplicate trophies are available for purchase for friends, family or anyone who participated in your success.
You must use this form to order your duplicate trophies.
Trophies are ordered through the NMMA direct from the manufacturer and are sold to you at cost.
Each trophy is $63.50 plus applicable tax and shipping and comes with a maximum of 40 characters per trophy included. Each character including spaces and punctuation above that is an additional .29 cents each. For instance. if the lettering on the trophy is comprised of 50 characters, the additional characters would cost an additional $2.90. Be advised that trophies can become quite expensive depending on the number of extra characters.
Trophies have a limited amount of space and generally include the artist, title, producer, studio name and city where the studio is located.
Only registered entrants may approve changes to the wording on the trophy. You may share this form with anyone who wants to order a duplicate, but any changes will need to be approved by the registered entrant.
Please include the category name, number of trophies requested and any changes or additions. We will invoice you for the total number of trophies. We order the trophies in bulk to keep the shipping costs down, so we will order these all at once. You will have until June 23rd to order your trophies.
